Hey guys,

If you saw the title in a headline of a paper you would be shocked right?

well, my child who is 6 years old told me tonight that his uncle who lives with his mother did this to him after he wet his bed.

apparently they wrung the sheets and his PJ trousers into a cup and forced him to drink it as punishment for wetting the bed.

obviously I'm fuming and full of anger, this man hates my guts, has done for a very long time which tbh, I couldn't give a crap about his threats towards me, much bigger guy than me and is a downright bully.

he also smacks my children for reasons the children don't know, they are honest kids and would admit to wrong doing, I have never laid a finger on them, they are clever enough to be reasoned with.

in the morning I will be getting my son to admit this story in front of his teacher and will be going to the social services, I believe its criminal but we shall see....

anyway, just wanted some venting space and being a long time lurker/poster on here I feel its a place which will offer support and advice in a real world no-nonsense way, unlike mumsnet! lol

Often it's best to be diplomatic and follow the official channels but I would have a hard time not putting this person in a wheelchair.

Wow. Strap a camera to your child and film the whole thing, and use it as evidence.

People like that need to be dealt with. I'm quite shocked you haven't gone over there and kicked the living daylights out of him.

Whilst drinking urine won't do any harm, it's awful behaviour.
Children shouldn't be punished for wetting the bed, and even if you were to be punished I can't think of a more draconian and inappropriate punishment.
Frankly shocking.

I'd be ringing the Police.
6 year old kids aren't very good at telling lies and the Police will know immediately if what you say is true.
Do it.

I can assure you I want to beat the **** out of him, but due to this being the straw that broke the camels back as it where, I have a collection of abuse that will be hauled out and I will get the children which is what I want.

Me being charged for abuse and showing violence isn't the aim, with the children being around violence at home, I don't want them growing up thinking everyone is like that, including daddy.

Man, that is a situation, don't do anything stupid though as you don't want your other half to stop you seeing your kids (assuming she has custody), go the official routes, teacher is good maybe speak to social services.

I too would find it hard not to force this guy to drink my urine and maybe even give him a little of my poo to eat......

You've allowed another person to strike your children?

You should be ashamed of yourself.

He has made your children drink their own urine and you are speaking to the teacher?

Are you stupid or something? Call the police!

I have a 9 year old that told me while in the kitchen, I then asked her to stay downstairs while I went to my 6 year olds bedroom and asked him if anything had been happening at home and if he had anything to tell me regarding his uncle.

he had exactly the same story as my 9 year old along with reports of smacking and screaming in his face for playing, he is a boy, he is lively, screaming and smacking is not how you deal with him, he is fine with me and listens to reason.

unless they are serial liars with great planning skills, I believe them.

No they're not, they'd be looking all over the place and fidgeting.
I'm not even going to debate this because it's ludicrous to suggest otherwise.

well lets face it asking a kid to describe something liek this to a stranger/police officer is going to result in even a truthful child looking all over the place and fidgeting because its uncomfortable.

hell getting an adult to talk about abuse would result in that.

Not helpful, he has not "allowed" this to happen and is going to do something about it.

What do you think will happen if you call the police, it would be the boys word against the adults, hopefully the guy gets this sorted though.
