It's the meal in a can that's so hardcore it doesn't even care that it can't spell its own name.

Who has tried one of these? I have. They are foul. The banana version should be renamed 'Banana and Sick Flavur' (sounds French).

Can you Nurishment?

Maybe it doesn't actually provide any proper nourishment, so its the companys way of avoiding potential lawsuits?

I assume its a protein shake btw?

Hmm well having a look on the nurishment website was a waste of time, tesco helped though :)

Protein shakes are terrible in general. Why not just cook eggs?

Buy can of nurishment from garage (about the only place I commonly see them) on way home from gym/because you are thirsty versus going home and "cooking" eggs.

The only thing protein shakes has over normal food is price and convenience. Except price doesn't count here as its a can of pre-made drink which is never cheap!

They taste crap though. Just buy an energy drink and an egg or meat sandwich!

I used to knock one of these back after a night out clubbing after possibly partaking in nefarious substances.

Seemed to do the job but as you say, tastes like ****.

I wonder if they would have cross reacted with my usual 6 x double vodka and red bulls if I took them. Fortunately there was a fried breakfast van right outside the student nightclub I used to go to .... get wasted, recover with double bacon, egg and sausage butties :D

Terribly unhealthy, but no harm done over just a couple of years.

They are packed full of sugar as the nutritional info above shows, not a particularly high amount of protein either compared to what you can get with a proper whey shake.

I have them every now and then if I am in desperate need though and yeah they don't taste great...

To the person saying why not just cook some eggs:

Convenience / time / money?
