Not sure if this is right place but as this is where coolers and fans are here goes.


I had a small problem with a cooler fin feeling loose so I emailed Customer service about it. They immediately send me another cooler and asked me to let them know when I had packed up my return so they could have it picked up. No cost to me, no problems at all, just great service!

Nice, I'm hoping to get Alpenfohn to send me some love after I show them my accidental fahnboi rig ;)

Then again, I've already bought all their stuff so I guess the best I'll get is a pat on the back and packet of stickers if I'm lucky...

Phanteks gave me a free fan for letting them use pics of my ugly rig too:D

Gave me a couple extra PWM adapters and an extra splitter so I could hookup 3 fans when I first got my cooler.

Absolutely the best!
 
Wow, that is really great service! Noctua are good to me, but never had a problem for them to respond to, only asked them for extra fan clips lol.
 
Phanteks sent me out a couple of their PWM adaptors and I haven't even bought one of their coolers. :D

Quite fancy one of their Orange coolers but just can't justify the expense when I already have two coolers that work just fine.
