Like most other companies these days, Bodyform- provider of sanitary wear and the immortal advertising line "Woooooaaaahhhhh Bodyform!- Bodyform for Yooooooooouuuuuuu!"- is no exception.
Recently, a man named Richard Neill, posted this on that Facebook page;
Posts like this often leave companies a bit stumped. It isn't a criticism but it has clearly gone partly viral (compare the number of likes to the number of people that actually like the Bodyform page) and it isn't perfect PR. Many companies would have deleted it, posted a serious response or simply ignored it. A few days after the post went up, Bodyform responded with this;

That is how companies should handle 21st century PR.
