Deleting missing itunes links

I have a ton of missing itunes song links from an old hard drive and want to clean these out of my itunes library. Does anyone have a quick free way of doing this, rather than deleting itunes, reinstalling and setting up my library again?

OSX or Windows OS?

If OSX, get this

The original authors site seems to have removed it and created an app for the MAS now but could find that still from google.

Used it myself and worked perfectly

Thanks for that Pauly that would have worked too, I found a developer tool. I just registered as a developer and downloaded a small file. One click and it finds and removes all dead links.

Quite why this isn't just part of itunes I don't know!

That was the site where he had the original Apple script i was looking for. Though looks like he has added that script and a few others into a small app and released it in the Mac App Store now.

Good site for all sorts of scripts though
