The newer toy dc5 integra

Shame you want a RWD, I've got a GT-Four and would love to tick off a high revving 'teg at some point!

Dont, there over rated if you have be used to any car with a bit of go, I enjoy my rwd and previous cars have all been style of rev it a bit, 4k or 5k tops give it a gear, repeat to make good progress. But,,, dc5 requires joyriding style driving to generally feel acceleration. But, IMO it, the s15 spec R and possibly rx7 of in around that year all have the best styling to be seen out of japan. Aged so so well,

I can see where you're coming from, I'm no joyrider by anymeans but currently the car is not loud enough I feel, get the turbo woosh and look down and it's already time to back off.
Whereas the 'teg will be in the high revs making a right good racket and noise :P

I'm a bit of a magpie too I suppose and yours just looks so shiny!
No idea what to suggest as you've gone through a load of things I would love to own at some point

On the magpie front, good luck, that was mint, most and i do mean most, are scrap (certainly those i looked at over my time)

Be half tempted for something entirely different to what i am used to, tvr, lotus, robonhood kit car thingy, z4m coupe (the m3 engined one), so all ideas welcome
Insurance is not a issue, neither is fuel

Indeed. They look really modern for a 2002, could easily have been released last year.

Thats what i think, the styling is still better than anything that any the big manufacturers can come up with even now. To think the we japs were drawing this out in the 90's, along with the designers in nissan doing the s15 silvia, not matched by anyone yet IMO. 10 years time they will still look fresh

Pistonheads

I'm half tempted by this myself! With its mods its should see 500bhp with little more than a decent tune. Just bin the rear spoiler in the process :o

There a heavy assed car, my brother has a 3000gt and it would take that sort of power to make it feel lively

The MR is lighter than the 3000gt by about 100kg, not massive but only puts it 70kg heavier than a E36 M3. Thats less than a 5% weight difference;)

Ok thats still no lightweight but its still fun! :D

Just so I understand this, you've owned all these nice cars yet you always change up between 4 and 5k rpm?

I would say don't get an RB engined R34, you won't like it, but you have owned several. My R34 used to get bounced off the rev limiter at 7k regularly and always took it in its stride and sounded glorious while doing so. Why limit your revs so much?
