Effective opposition, they managed to get a man to resign, when he didn't do that much in the first place, he was SJS, he was internal affairs, waste of time.

It's quite alarming that this is apparently the most important thing for them to go after, what about our economic policies, Europe, or any other thing that really matters to people. It just highlights how vacant Labour are now.

watching caroline flint rattling on about the state of the energy markets in the uk shows how clueless they are as well, 13 years and sod all done, and 2 years in davey boy says something and labour are jumping up and down like a bunch of toddlers on the fizzyest of pop.

its good mitchells gone but he should have been fired straight away rather than plod on claiming he didnt say it but wouldnt say what he did say.

but listening to sky atm with kevin maguire on the so called commentators dont have an idea either.
 
Andrew Michell resigns

I was just wondering if this would have blown up say 10-15 years ago like it did now. It's fair enough as it shows what a fundamental character he can be on occasion, but i wonder if in days gone by it might have been brushed off as just one having a bad day. I think it's the left-wing generated PC world we live(which I'm not necessarily against) - it can have it's benefits and downfalls, more the former than latter.
 
Pathetic that the police felt that they had to leak this to the press. They behaved like bratty children.

From what I heard from his constituents, Andrew Mitchell came across as pretty arrogant and self centred though.
