(not a PC game) Anyone watching the 'Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn' Live Action series?

I'd like to see Halo 4 have a Windows release, it would seriously do the series justice, but we all know it won't happen.

Damn emu, hes always late, I was told they had good time keeping which was total lies. Sometimes he doesn't even turn up, but I still use his services, he just doesn't get paid. His fault really for not bothering to arrive here.

You cant do what you suggesting with a 360 or PS3, the hardware requirements would be too much.

Heh? I wasn't suggesting anything.

Though when the Grizzly Bear can't even carry the rock that the pathetic little Ant's were given, something is seriously wrong somewhere.

I watched episode 4 on youtube. Series seems good so I'm going to watch form the beginning (I only saw 15mins)

It does remind me a little bit of Starship Troopers but without the comedy. Also, Space: Above and Beyond.

lol
Basically ep 1 - 3 is all a build up, with the end of 3 finally showing you what it's all about. Still worth watching them though.

That. Was. AWESOME. Sod making a film. Make a series.

TV Series, can be just as expensive as some low budget movies!
Look at the Tera Nova series, the Pilot episode alone cost $12Million an then the other 12 episodes where roughly $3-4Million each, Totalling $48Million (Low Estimate) But it made more money, in TV ratings than it ever cost to produce.

But I agree with your opinion of Forward onto Dawn. WOW
Some good acting, an it really helps to tell the Halo story, I'd love to see movies or TV series, as I prefare them as story telling media.
Watching it makes me want to go paint balling + then play Halo series all over again.

This is nothing short of incredible for a Halo fan to be watching. To actually see the energy sword in action was just orgasmic. I felt 12 years old again watching ep 4 ...

When Master Chief shows up I almost fell off my chair with excitement. The armour looks awesome, the voice is perfect for me and he is just bad ass, love it!.

I wish I still had my failbox just to play through the first game over the weekend. So many memories ...

My only hope is that with the obvious success this short series has become, maybe a full on feature length movie would look more financially viable and Microsoft laydown some serious cash on a credible director (Joss Whedon/Christopher Nolan) to take the helm.

Just to comment on my previous post: The reason why I like the voice is because it is actually the same guy from the games  I'm a knob !
