The servers are fine, they recently went through a massive merge to mega servers so there is a single English PvE/PvP and RP Server - so very good populations.

How do you go about finding a guild on this game? i've just got back into it only 25 sorcerer right now but i can't seem to find any listing?
There are plenty spamming /1 Gen Chat on the fleet; you could also try the official (or if you have one, unofficial) server forums and ask there.

i tried to re-sub and so did my bro last night. done via paypal and it has not worked says it will take up2 a hour and it turned out to be like 3....any ideas why it aint worked, was really looking forward to play it last night and i have a feeling its still aint worked as i havnt had an emaiil from paypal to conferm the payment lol......so frustrating

I don't use PayPal but I think i've seen similar issues before, try posting something on their official forums under customer service, give them a ring and maybe do a google. I am at work or would try and help a bit more.
As McD said, call them. I did the other night(authenticator issues) they are much better now.

Decided to resub for a nosey around and of course the idiotic server merge means i've lost 3 of my characters names, including my main again (lost his name with the "voluntary" transfers before).
Not a hugely great way for things to go when they want people to resub to their game.

yeh well i sent them 2 emails and i cnt get on the forums i seen on tiwitter and some dude is having the same problem haha. ill give them a ring tonight whn i get in as i really want to play more now tht i cant haha

Shame about the names, but maybe the guy who has them is still subbed and playing, then you could argue why should you keep it when a paying customer wants it? Never going to be perfect, but at least the populations are good atm

I honestly think they have issues with PayPal, you could try other means maybe? If not, i dont know, i only use paypal for ebay otherwise just use my card direct not sure what benefit there is to use paypal over a direct transaction?

I think that they dont have my card to use, and thats why I use paypal I will double check either that or I buy a game card lol
