LCD TV Dying?

Weird thing is, since I bought the AV Amp the TV would periodically pop up with a software update (even when auto update was switched off) however the version it said was available was 0.0.0.0.0 which I thought was very strange.

I shall get the new firmware downloaded now and give it a try when I get home.

iv fixed a few of these, could just be a case of replacing capacitors on the board that have popped

put each pcb on a metal tray in the oven for a bit to melt the solder and try it. Nothing to lose

ignore this, stupid idea if you only need to change capacitors
