‘Hi Carlo, I need your advice on this wedding, I know this probably doesn’t sound very nice, but I am trying to put this wedding off as I don’t think they are the type of people that we would want to have at Stoke Park.’

Now my first thought was wow, we have all sent emails to the wrong people. This is must be one of the worst examples. However I guess they are right to chose whom they do and do not want to business with, just as the couple do.

I laughed, I like how long winded Daily Mail like to make things, repeating everything about 3 times.

My opinion with this is the same as the recent one with the gay couple who were turned away from the B&B(?)

We should be free to discriminate for any reason to a certain point.

If these people don't want business from them for such a stupid reason then find somewhere that does, if they don't want your money I'm sure somewhere else would.

Bizarrely, I agree with Kamwah. Wait, what?

They clearly don't want them there, this isn't likely to be one person exacting their own standards on who uses the venue. To then take this snub to the Daily Mail stinks of a personal vendetta rather than any legitimate discrimination or defamation claim. It would be like me threatening to sue one of the old boys clubs because they wouldn't let me join for whatever reason.

Get over it. Next thing you know he'll be complaining because he can't run in the Race for Life...
