Three years in Adelaide

Going by the pictures I don't believe you're really in Aus at all, I didn't see even the barest hint of a pool in your back garden, and if the likes Neighbours and Home & Away have taught me anything, it's that all Aussies have pools:p

It looks really nice out there:)

I may have a lot of questions for you in the next 6 months, planning on spending a year or two on a working holiday visa in Oz starting next year! Probably Sydney though :)

First thing don't go to Sydney to start with ;)

If you want any help on the subject start a new thread or trust be happy to tell you about my 20 months over there :)

Nice pics. :) Is that a bottle brush plant that was transplanted?

No, the bottlebrush was already there. This is the one I transplanted:

This is what it looked like last year:

I guess you will never move again?

Too early to say that. It's likely we'll move again within the next 10 years, though I would want to retain this house as an investment property.

Amazing how time flies. The house is looking great. I've been back 6 months now and loving the place. Happy days.

Great pics and I can't believe it's been 3 years. How did that happen?

I'm also unclear on what I can only assume is an intentional decision not to post pictures of Australian 'wildlife' to send everyone into a fear frenzy. Still to come, I trust ;)

No fearsome wildlife in our suburb. I should post some to stop people moving in on a good thing!

;)
