AV500 homeplugs with mains passthrough?

Can anyone recommend some av500 homeplugs with mains pass through?

I'm assuming this should allow me to max out bt infinity option 2 and stream bluray iso's assuming the wiring is good?

Hi there i bought these 3 weeks ago for use with B.T Infinity wireless and there top class ! does the job a treat i was getting a low wireless connection upstairs ..now its top speed like downstairs i recommend them
