Recenty i purchased an x79 ud3 it was fine for a few days then for some reason the bios was corrupted and it was impossible to get into.
First port of call is usually with the reseller but as it was from a members market sale i decided to go to gigabyte directly when i realised there rma was based in the uk.
Long story short i went through the rma process got my returns number and sent the board to them on the 19th, they received it on the 22nd and posted a replacement on the 23rd which i should receive today.
Am well impressed with the experience and a big thanks to Martin at gigabyte for being friendly and helpfull
