Does anyone use these?
Id never heard of them before, but apparently its who vision express use to deliver contact lenses.
I went to the door and the driver went to hand them over then said "oh no I need ID" which I thought was strange as I had been informed by the call centre yesterday that no ID was required.
After he saw my passport, he asked if he could use my toilet as he was desperate. I let him in and showed him where the bathroom was.
when he had finished, he then came down the stairs and stood between me and the front door and said "do just you live here" I said yes and he said "do you get bored" i was starting to feel uncomfortable at this point and aid no i dont thankyou, bye"
he then said "i could give you compmany"
i again said no thank you and sad bye,
he said id like to, i again replied the same.
then said "youve got a nice body though, can i touch it?"
I said no and said he needed to leave,
he started going on about touching it just a little bit and this went on like this with him asking to touch me and refusing to leave, until i warned him id call the police at which point he left.
surely this is a completely unacceptable way for their drivers to behave?
I have called up the delivery company to try to complain, and they weren't interested in the slightest and just gave me an email address to complain to, (which doesn't work) and when i called up to tell them this they hung up and put me through t an automated system before i had chance to speak.
heard plenty of complaints on here about city link and yodel etc, but id rather have them turn up late than what just happened with thedx!
