Not sure why you bothered, he's only worth discard price anyway, being a non-rare. Plus I thought EA didn't give in form cards for Champions League matches?

Some people had success the other week buying Ronaldinho and selling him for a higher price once the IF version came out, not really sure how that works out but he's worth a few thousand to start with anyway. Alan is worth absolutely nothing and if there was a hike in price it would be negligible at best.
Swap out Barzagli for Boccheti!

Is Bocchetti really that good ? Still I can pick him up for 1k or so it would seem. So I will try get him cheap and give him a go. I do like Barzagli at times he does seem to be pretty hot on interceptions.
edit: ok Bocchettii looks pretty decent stat wise. Will deffo pick him up when I get home and give him a shot !

Exactly. Ronaldinho was 3k the week before his NIF and about 6-8+k during/after it.
Demand for the nif increases (presumably because people cant afford the IF) but supply drops due to them not being in packs for a week hence the price increase.
Happens with most decent players when they get an IF.

I dont think its anything to do with not being in packs, but just the fact that the player is getting advertised as part of the TOTW that might pique peoples interests in trying him out...

yeah but it's only 22 inch and the TV is 42, maybe I should try the Game mode on the TV?
I really would not mind that it's not much fun being thrashed and it is a game at the end of the day you get the win, he gets to move on to having a better time win win really.
Why dont you use game mode already? Its there to remove any/most processing the TV does on the image its recieving which is normally the way input lag is introduced...
A vague rule by thumb is the more expensive the TV the more likely game mode will help reduce input lag as its usually the more feature set TVs that have such 'issues'
Agreed - what I find wierd is the people that leave after an early goal - happened to me a fair few times...

Yeah but 8 mins in the semi? if you worked you would at least try and get back in it, im 3-0 in the final at the moment after 20 and the kids still playing on.
Although now its 6-0 at half time and I think the kids went AFK, Id rather they quit
