Longest ever successful Rugby League penalty?

We have a debate in the office. I'm not going to say what we have found or what we think, but there seems to be two contesting articles

I would like to know.

In the NFL i think its 62 yards.

I don't know what the longest is, but Michael Dobson kicked some huge kicks a couple of years ago, one particularly fond memory was Dobbo kicking a penalty after the final hooter had gone, at Craven Park from the half way line to the right of the pitch. He kicked it, and we won the game. A brilliant moment.

I don't know about league, but this was one awsome RU kick by Paul Thorburn in the 80's.

Yeah, found thorburn. Also found two league kicks, 75 and 77.5 yards, but the sites that say 75 say that's still the record
