*** Official NBA 2012/2013 season ***

Certainly ain't cheap :(

Especially when we miss most of the damn games too :p

Well with league pass you can watch the full thing or highlights on re run, I dont think any of the games are blacked out.

I think that price includes the playoffs as well which may if true softens the blow a little. :)

12 days until the season!

Anyone know if ESPN have any regular season games?

According to NBAUK on twitter:
@NBAUK: @cjsherwood24 There is nothing to announce regarding NBA broadcasting in the UK as of yet. Stay posted. Thanks!

ESPN haven't announced anything also, so it appears that they are still negotiating? I watch my games on European satellite anyway, but it would be good if ESPN had some decent coverage.

I know ESPN have coverage stateside they have 3 games per week. If they can't offer anything uk wise wil be cancelling my sub by next weekend! Not subbing all year just for play offs'

Yeah ESPN programming in the states is like 1000x better than the ****e we get over here, plus they have ABC nationally televised games too! I watch my games mainly on Al Jazeera Sports, which tend to show a game a night (although I mainly watch the big games/post all star season)

For those of you that have an xbox it seems the NBA Game Time app was released today in the states with other countries to follow shortly!

I'd wager this week probably to be in time for the start of the season. Requires a League Pass Subscription to view games though :)

Haha what? I was still in the other thread, I just don't bother taking any notice in the off-season stuff.

Holy crap!

Kevin Martin, Jeremy Lamb and future draft considerations to OKC for James Harden!

Bit out of the blue that one!

Big pick up for the Rockets imo!

Just heard

I think Thunder got the better deal though. Lamb/Martin will add good depth and 2 first round picks, not to mention 2 seconds  this will keep OKC in for the long haul and the expected Lakers/OKC west final will be magic!

Wow. Didn't see that coming

Not sure what Harden is thinking.... why leave a team that pretty much guarantees you a ring AND 52Million? Wtf?

Guarantees you a ring? I very much doubt that, not with the new look Lakers around and the proven Heat.

They got burnt bringing in Perkins and his contract, without him they could have easily paid Harden what he wanted. They got lucky and got the likes of Durant, Westbrook & Ibaka to leave some $ on the table.

That was never happening with Harden, 23 years old.. probaly signs a max deal with the Rockets for 4-5 years AND he gets to be the top dog.
He was the 3rd piece in OKC, albeit a very important one!

Funny how it works though, OKC came out fairly well in this trade by acting early. Take note the Magic! :D
Not that I care, my Lakers are laughing all the way to the bank with the new players and the new TV deal.

New CBA is actually helping the Lakers :D
