Bengal?

Sprite sometimes like to do a poo in the opposite corner of where the litter tray is (completely clean litter as well)
And if it is pouring/very windy he'll use the tray. So, here's Jess*. Got her from a shelter on Saturday, she's settling in quite well.

Just a food query really - currently she's on Felix because that's what she had at the shelter, but I know it's really not the best thing to be giving her. I understand that if you aren't going to go the whole way with raw feeding that Applaws is pretty good? And chicken or fish, or isn't there a difference? She hasn't seemed very interested in chicken flavours.
* That's the name that the shelter gave her, and whilst it's pretty predictable for a black and white cat, I can't see any real reason to change it.
Raw feeding really isn't practical for me because my fridge only has a tiny freezer compartment.
What are good high quality complete foods?
He prefers a lid or not? They are both now covered, but that was done a few weeks back, was sick of sweeping up litter

Isn't Natural Instinct food supposed to be good as well?

yeh the best (because its clean raw) my cats are on it at the mo, but to be honest might go back to amonida because they always seem to be hungry despite the fact that your supposed to feed them less because its better for them.

What posh, spoilt cats you guys have
Echo eats and loves plain old Whiskas... As long as it's not the jelly variety. Has to be gravy
He gets a pouch in the morning and a pouch in the evening, and he has Whiskas biscuits available all the time in another bowl.

Yep, it's what I feed almost exclusively, but the person asking had limited freezer space, so it isn't an option.
I'm finding their feeding recs a bit hit and miss, but the 5-6% of bodyweight rule for kittens works at the moment, Winston is 4kgs and gets through 250g of NI a day. So that's around £1.30 a day to feed, but I think it's worth it for the non-smelly poos alone.

Cats loathe the smell of oranges...
