whine/whistle from my car

Afternoon!

Whine/whistle is about all i can describe it.

Very low noise.

Only noticeable with radio off and window down.

Only happens on low revs with the foot down, last a few seconds.

IE when going into a higher gear and putting your foot down around 1k revs, last only a few seconds.

Any ideas guys?
