i need to book a ticket online but i dont have a card any ideas? needs to be done today.

Get a friend to do it, or call them up ask if you could do a bank payment.

don't think its possible. can't buy anything big with cash anymore. paypal might be your only option.

You might be able to get a pre-paid credit card (aka a Cash Passport) from a Travelex branch.

Don't forget to buy a few burner phones too.

Other than a friend then there is no means - that is short of divine intervention!
I have bought tickets for people and just received the cash - no worries.
Without a credit/debit card it is impossible to reasonably exist in society today

Assuming you've got a card somewhere can it be accessed by friends/family so that they can pass on the details? Can you go into a travel agent or whatever and get them to do it? You would obviously need the money initially to do this though.
