Why are you so fussed about suite - its not as if the only choices are a suite or a travelodge is it? The regular rooms at the decent hotels are cheaper than suites and still nicer than pretty much any other hotel you'll stay in.

A two bedroom suite at the holiday inn is £1200.

A suite is important or condo due to the amount of people staying. Don't want us all cramped in one room, one in a bed and two on the floor.

Funnily enough, I'm going to be in Las Vegas this January for Shot2013, most hotels in Vegas have discounted rates for the duration. Me and a friend are going, we're only paying $352 for a six day stay at the Imperial Palace.

try www.hotwire.com while the names aren't listed prior to booking googling can help you cheat the system somewhat as there are forums revealing the hotel behind the description - tis worth a look...

the standard rooms at the Flamingo are a bit grim, make sure you have the Fab Luxury at the minimum and ideally a Go room, Go rooks are superb

We'll make do with a standard room. Considering what I've managed to sleep in, I'm sure that as long as the room isn't actually covered in mould/blood/dead hooker, we'll be fine

I think we're going to go with Travelodge as last time we were hardly in the hotel as the late nights and early mornings took over.

Yep, It being torn down to make a way for a new bars/restaurants. Avoid it like the plague, else you be in the middle of a building site.

I thought they were simply renaming it to The Quad (as well as improving it)? It'll still be a hotel.
