Christmas Presents For a 13 Year Old Boy

He seems to have everything bad for you health wise, how about something good.

A front suspension mountain bike (not some cheap halfords crap, a decent one, Giant, Trek, Specialized for about 500-600)

Would do him the world of good to get out and about rather than sat in watching TV or playing games all day. Even if he's a chunky lad its a good incentive to get fit.

He already has stuff that glues him to /a/ screen, get him something that doesn't.

Give him nothing but a stocking with some chocolate in and maybe a pair of socks or gloves. If he seems down explain to him you have been a bad parent and spoilt him over the years and that in the future he will be thankful of that Christmas.

:p

I think my favourite presents as a kid were ones I could use with my dad / brothers.

Building an R/C car is a good shout, spent ages with my brother building ours. Was more fun taking it apart and putting it back together than it was driving the thing.

What if your son turns around and says "Dad, well I have everything I need really this year so instead can I donate some of the money that would have been used to buy me something to a local children's home or something?"

Oh man, the onions just imagining that scene, you lay your hand on his shoulder, a single tear falls down your cheek...you're lost for words...bawwwww!
