Which 7850 to buy please?

I'd wait a week to see what they put on sale, there's usually one of the decent 2GB 7850's on offer for ~£149.99.
 
Ive had both the Gigabtye and the MSI versions, id say the Gigabtye is a better card, runs cooler and less noisy, also higher stock clocks. Both are great cards though and both really cool and quiet.

Ive had major problems with both so make sure your mobo supports these cards.
 
I've been running the Gigabyte one since they came out. I had a dodgy one first, but the replacement hasn't missed a beat.

Using the manual fan control in Catalyst I can make it silent at idle in my machine.
 
I have the gigabyte one, loving how quiet it is! Can't comment on the MSI as I've not used it, but from my experience the gigabyte is fantastic :)
 
Does anyone know the standard of an OEM AMD 7850? I've got 2Gb one arriving tomorrow as the price was too good to turn down. I'll be running it at 1920x1080 and it'll be paired with a PileDriver 8320 (when my motherboard finally comes). Thr 7850 seems like an excellent bang for buck card.

I know, rather annoyed now, been checking on here everyday for the deals and never considered 7850! Was gonna get 7970/670 to game at 1680x1050! How much of a waste that would be!
I guess 7850/7870 would be ideal for me!

Well actually they sent me a VTX 7850 2Gb not an AMD own-branded one. Anyone know what the VTX's are like clocking-wise and (just in case) in RMA handling.
 
Ive got that one. Im having trouble in games with it though. It doesnt perform as good as the Gigabyte one i had but theres no artifacting. I even clocked it to the same as the Gigabyte and still not great fps.
