Bar spring?

Anyone know a different name, or where you can buy bar springs, as found in foldable knifes. I can't find any, all spear he's bring up are spring loaded bars for things like watch straps and the coil weight holders.

This is an option I've considered, but if possible would like to buy the correct length etc, if I could find a supplier that had different models/sizes.
