Any disadvantages to X-Flow radiators?

Just looking at radiators and found this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-032-BX
Does having one port on each end hinder the performance in any way? One of these would make tube routing a lot easier

Edit: Also realised that the Black Ice rads have a huge FPI. Would something like Corsair SP120 quiet edition's do?

Having higher FPI would make you run the fans at a higher RPM.

Yes having a port on each end does degrade performance, cross flow rads sacrifice cooling for practicality.

The Black Ice SR1 560 has a low FPI, so you can run lower speed fans, so not all Black ICE have high FPIs
