Call of Duty: Black Ops II

My Tesco direct order for normal version didn't come. Assuming my order for 3 copies is in the normal post. :(

Can't complain too much, its probably the first pre order that hasn't got to me on the day. Do have to question posting it Monday though.

Sad panda :(

Well I've had an hour or so on it, and am liking nuketown 2025, not really played any other maps yet.

I'm liking the customisation bit for classes, takes a little while to get use to. Can't seem to find a gun I can get on with, either too much recoil, or not powerful enough, but i've not unlocked any other guns at the moment.

Scorestreaks took me a bit of getting use to, but now i've got it sussed it's good. The drone is really annoying, seem to get killed by that for fun every time it appears!!

Can't comment on openness of maps yet as i've not played on them, but it feels quick, smooth, had some slowdown, but think thats my ps3 overheating a wee bit. I've installed the textures so can't hear the drive as much.

Overall I think i'll be getting quite a bit of play time out of this, like the first one.

Do you have a PS3? If so, get it and join me and Killswitch for some noob slaying.

Oh, and for anyone who has ordered with Amazon, what delivery option did you go with? There was free delivery, but I paid a bit extra for first class. It's been dispatched so hopefully it'll arrive later today!

I did the same as you :)

So it promotes team work?

Don't be stupid. It promotes people to camp at an objective for easy kills. There is normally 2 or 3 places for people to overlook them. There is too randoms/idiots and kill farmers to get any decent team work going unless you have a group of 6.

Sainsbury's, meanwhile, will discount the title to £32.99 when you spend £30 or more in-store.

According to digital spy anyhow.

And from another news source :

"For £37.97 at Sainbury’s store or online, those buying an additional £30 worth of shopping will be able to get a £10 discount, which as ideal way to reduce the cost of the game down to £27.97"

Why order twice? Do people have no patience?

Yeah, and those crazy people that went to a midnight launch to get their hands on a copy right?.......errr.....hang on, that was me

Oh, and looks like you're right chap, Sainsbury's have suddenly upped the price to £32 with £30 shopping :(
