All this talk of people getting phones is making me weak. I'm close to throwing my principles out the window and buying a locked 'sim free' and a Virgin sim.

I'm not 100% sure if a Virgin SIM would work or not.

I can hop eyou are right about the stock being pre allocated till they ran out, as that means mine should be in the post as well.

But I hate getting my hopes up.

follow up call to p4u today in regards to my order, upgrade placed over the weekend quoted 5 days for delivery of red lumia 920 "plenty in stock" now they said its likely to be on the 20th.

Anyone got a red l920 yet?

I really wanted a red until I saw a dummy and it's slightly pink! A little too light on the hue for me, plus I like matt more, so I went for black last Friday. P4U delivered today, which isn't bad.

Did your order not say it included the speaker?
I'm tempted to nip home at lunch and see if it has been delivered.

Couldn't resist going home and checking to see if it had been delivered... and... IT HAS

Had been left at a neighbour. Delivered by Citylink... and it included my free speaker! Over the moon with that result!

2 more hours and I'll be home, can't wait.
My order did not state anything about speaker - maybe that's how they managed to get me a decent deal of £28.50, 600mins, unlimited text and 1GB Data.

I might phone and check.

BTW, my missus signed for the the phone deliery 11ish and I got an email from P4U stating it's on it's way 1 hour after delivery. Hmm, you don't say!

Interesting ... but it won't be SIM FREE. At least you got a colour version from Phones 4U, might give my locals a call and register my interest.

Has anyone tested a Virgin/T Mobile Sim yet on the Orange pay as you go ones from EE? Need to know if it works before i order a virgin sim only deal

Go get a sim for £1 from a shop and try, but I am 99% sure it will.

Yeah might have to do that, my local only has T Mobile but as far as i know Virgin use T mobile don't they?

Yup, t-mobile. I think my virgin sim is dead or i'd hack it down to size.

My phone actually arrived this afternoon (so called SIM FREE Lumia 920), I bought a new Virgin micro sim and it is just keeping saying 'No service'. Does anybody have any ideas of this problem?

Doesn't sound like sim lock, maybe an inactive SIM, maybe not?

Why get a case when the phone looks beautiful??
Ruins it IMO

Like the sexy iPhones worth 500 quid and then ruined by a cheap case. Don't do it!!

Mines been dispatched too, shame I didn't order two (I wanted red). I ordered my own order from elsewhere and now my bosses will be here before mine (especially as mine has been cancelled from Phones 4u).

Ah well will be here tomorrow, can play with it until the boss gets back at least.
