Food before early morning gym ?

Hey all,

I'm starting to go to the gym in the early morning now, arriving at around 6.30-7.00am and working out for about up to 1hour 30min including circa 40min+ of cardio.

What would you recommend as something decent to eat as breakfast that will keep me going and not bloat me?

Currently I'm just eating my usual cereal, Weetabix or Bran Flakes.

So are you proposing that I then eat after the gym session?

If I'm honest, I'm not one who likes to invest in any supplements etc as I always feel that if I ran out or forgot to take it that you would suddenly feel lethargic and slow?

Or am I over exaggerating?
