reps-is this right?

Being weak everywhere doesn't mean you should only be working your biceps and medial deltoid ;)

Start a proper routine, you'll thank us later.

ok. Here is my routine at the moment.

walking everyday.
Running 4 days a week

exercise bike

upright rowing
arm curls
side latters
shoulder shrugs

squats
calf rises

leg rises
sit up's

not very good I know. Will add to it when I can.

[OBI-WAN]This is not the routine you are looking for.[/OBI-WAN]

Irrespective of your goals, I would ditch the weights routine. It is unbalanced and largely pointless on any level (other than achieving unhealthy shoulders and arms).

What are trying to achieve? Tell us that, along with your weight, height, weightlifting experience, and we can go from there.

Thanks for all the help.

height 5.6
weight 11 and a half stone.

I only have a dumbells at the moment. I i intend to buy a more weights and a bench.

What are trying to achieve- upper body strength.

If you can afford it join a gym rather than messing about with buying more kit for home, unless you're going to do it properly and get a power rack etc.

Places like Pure Gym aren't lovely places to be, but have pretty good kit for £15 a month. Much better off going there than buying your own kit, unless you're spending a few hundred on it.

Oh yeah totally, I'm one of the first to roll my eyes when someone new starts a "spec me a routine" thread, and the first thing they mention is wanting big arms or listing 50 different curl variations :D

I really don't get this one (I'm not saying it isn't true, I just don't see why people do it)

Abs are much more desired than arms :p

Work dem abs!

Rarely is that the case IMO. From the women I've spoken to about it they see men with abs as very vain and likely to be self centred.
Where as big arms are big arms, women like big arms :p

(though as someone with big arms and no abs visible, I could just have found women who were being polite lol)

Hmmm. I want abs. Am admittedly slightly vain... Damn... Can't argue with that!
