iPhone 5 worth it from 4S

Depends on what you do with your mobile really, I personally don't like mobile gaming much so at this point I don't think a better SoC alone is enough to justify upgrading anymore.

I hardly game either, the speed difference just doing day-to-day tasks on the phone is like night and day. There's literally no comparison between the two.

I notice a speed difference between my 4S and my Mam's 4. If I had a 4 instead of the 4S I'd definitely upgrade to the 5.

With the iPhones it's only worth upgrading every other generation, yea it's nice to have something new and shiny but in reality the differences isn't big enough to be worthwhile unless you have the money to throw around.

Not that I noticed, they are pretty much the same as my 4 didn't have any speed problems anyway, it was plenty quick enough.

I suppose if you game it might make a difference but I don't really play games on my phone so going 4 to 5 was more of the same really for me. I only did it because I moved the contract across to my business and got a good deal in doing so.

apart from the bigger screen size for me its the same experience as 4s

yes its quick but does not warrant a huge upgrade price

sitting here with my 2 hour old iphone 5 32gb wondering to sell and go back to 4s/s3 or keep this for 2 years and hope it doesnt drop in price that much whilst trying to make sure i dont scuff it lol

I've just upgraded from a 4 to a 5 and the speed difference is massive and I'm not talking about gaming. Everything I do with the phone is significantly faster, I was getting frustrated with my iPhone 4 as it felt rather slow and clunky, the 5 is like **** off a shovel compared.

Definitely worth an upgrade from a 4.

It is faster than a 4S and the added screen real estate is really rather nice.

Bought myself a Nexus 4 in the end.

Zero regrets, iOS feels very old to use in comparison IMO.

The 5 is nice, stupidly light. But I'm hanging onto the 4 until at least the next iteration.

Doesn't really bother me that much considering it cost me half as much as an iPhone 5.
