Just got 100% in my first game.

I got 100% on ME2 & ME3 + all DLC's.
But there's no way I'm doing like 7 play-through's for the ME1 squad member 'cheevo's

You only need 3 playthroughs to get the squad member achievements. There are 6 squad members, and you can get 2 achievements per playthrough. You don't even need to finish the game either. If you have Bring Down The Sky and Pinnacle Station, you can get the achievements fairly quickly as they make a big difference. On my last playthrough, I think I'd gotten the achievements for the 2 squad members I was using before the halfway point in the storyline, simply as I'd completed the two DLC parts.

I think I'm up to 20 100% games now on the 360. Some of them were ridiculously easy (like the early Lego games) while some were really quite time consuming (like Fallout 3). Still quite a few more I'm determined to get at some point, like Skyrim, Fallout: NV and the Mass Effect series.

Only legit game I have 100% in is Hitman: Blood Money. Nearly gave me a brain aneurism though.

Last Remnant, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Final Fantasy XIII and Magna Carta 2 are all personal favourites of mine with around 100 hours put into each of them. Given time i'll probably add ME2/3 to that list as well as Halo:CEA, Dance Central and Tales of Vesperia. I thrive on these kind of challenges, up to 77 completed 360 games at the moment.
