Adverts on Ondemand services (4oD, iPlayer and others)

Am i the only one who finds these adverts annoying as hell?

I decided to watch Grand Designs for abit whilst i do some uni work and every 7.5mins 6 adverts come up on 4oD... if it was 1 or 2 i would not mind, but SIX!!!

and they are full length not short ones, and they are Horrid quality.

Adverts have no place on these On Demand services.
 
Don't use 4OD so not seen those. I don't mind the adverts generally on those services though - you'd see them on TV so I don't mind them being on the programmes.
 
iplayer has them? haven't noticed any.
itv player on the other, despite being complete poo, is complete poo.

both desktop versions and smart tv versions.

Its 6 * 3 so 18 al together, it really annoys me.
 
4OD on the Xbox has far too many ads. What's more annoying is that it doesn't seem very intelligent either; if you start watching an episode, get through the ads only realise you've seen it and then start watching something else, it plays you another loop of adverts all over again. Lost count of how many times I've lost patience with it and used another service instead.
 
Itv player is such a piece of ****!

Ad block was working for me on 4od but I gave up on 4od once it kept buffering all the time even on my 50meg virgin media.
