Opinions on a PSU

I've seen the thermaltake in a modular version.

Heres the spec, not bought it yet, just need to choose the PSU!

I was going to go for the XFX Core Edition 450W, but thought modular would probably be a better choice
 
Personnally I wouldn't get too bothered over it being modular or not. That case has plenty of space behind the mobo to hide any unused cables.
It might even look better as the cables are tightly bunched and should route staight into the back slot. (Check that you might need extention cables for the Mobo power connections 20+4 pin and 4/4 pin).
