Can you build a PC up out of them?

If not, they're not a lot of use really. Could try them on Freecycle, see if anyone wants them?

I kept loads of bits and bobs for years, then decided to throw a load of it out. I bitterly regret that decision as there were two bits that I threw away that I now need, one of which is a S/PDIF header to coax bracket to connect the JSP1 connector on my newest mobo :(

I maintain that keeping a hoard of cables and random bits is a necessary evil of owning a computer, you never know when you might need something random like a molex splitter!

Had to clear my stockpile of old pc bits when I moved house, to my surprise I manage to filled a midi skip with what I had accumulated over the years.:o

Some stuff I keep in the attic for nostalgia. Things like my Celeron 300a (complete with Alpha PEP66 cooler) which got me through my A-levels at a blistering 450MHz and my Voodoo 3 gfx card that rendered many a frame on Quake and Starcraft.

I also have my very first US Robotics 33.6k modem (ISA slot!). I wonder how many porn jpgs that little work horse has seen.

Hoard them, I do a lot of PC repair for various people and you never know when you might need a part. I have a black bag full of RAM & another full of molex adapters, IDE connectors and various other wires. I think I'm an addict :(
