It's on the easfc catalogue you have to reach a certain level in order to buy it, think its level 15. Also you can increase your trade pile and watch list.

Have looked under the catalogue but all I get is increase squad slot? Nothing about trade pile or watch list etc?

Indeed, I think the injury cards went for around 600-1000, with the individual injurise (like the arms etc) going for around 250 I think?

It is only available if you have reached that certain level. Try filtering it out so you only see ultimate team items, and look through the levels.
