Wondered how long it would take for one of you to go trawlin - you did not disappoint brah's :D

More to do with dropping starchy/grain along with the sugars. Needless to say what I started off with in June has changed over the course but still not attacking breads, pasta, potatos and what not with a maintained weight of 10.5 so fairly happy with the past 6 months in all honesty.

I'll leave the rather large sweeping statement to one side, and your argument if that's ok.

But it does outline a rather interesting background to your train of thought. Thanks for confirming what I suspected. :)

I'm out.[/DRAGON'S DEN]

not insinuating that modern religious people are the source of the hatred... obviously... the fact that religion has caused so much violence and segregation is historical fact, as is the way they indoctrinate and brain-wash children to keep it going. I have nothing against religious people, they are victims.

The fact that so many people claim "bro-science" then talk about mainstream knowledge of nutrition which is largely based on absolutely horrendous epidemiological studies that are worthless to draw any information apart from perhaps a basis to perform a proper controlled study... I value "bro-science", real biochemistry and even anecdotal stories to an extend more than any epidemiology.

If you look at the real hardcore bodybuilders they stick to lean meats and a range of supplements so not the usual oats and stuff you mention and a lot are moving to a paleo style too having seen the benefits.
.

actually "hardcore" body builders will be eatign the cheapest chicken they can find, the tescos 59p cans of tuna, and the cheapest pasta, rice in the supermarket and a good amount of icecream. otherwise their food bills will be more than their rent.

relying on the shear amount of juice/Tren they have flowing through them to keep them lean.
