stop making rubbish threads...

Why is this rubbish please explain, I love to hear it, or aren't you interested in why our economy is just bouncing along between crappy growth and recessions. IF you not going to add something to this tread apart from the rubbish you post then don't read it.

HAHA wet behind the ears are you, how many times have I heard that. I guess you fall for the world peace and everying is going fine etc..

no, it is a 5 paragraph article, if you want to exaggerate it then I can tell you aliens will own Aston Martin by 2015.

Bentley have been owned by Volkswagen for nearly 15 years. Where have Range Rover gone? Do you even know what you're dribbling on about?

you're an ass clown

to purchase a 50pc stake in Aston Martin.

Let me see, they buy 50pc then up it, then buy it outright, then after a year or so transfer the business to india etc.. then sell the land.

Do you have any knowledge or even a basic understanding of the things which seem to trouble you? You don't read your own links, you reply with 'LOL' to those who have read your links and point out the flaws, and then you post another thread doing exactly the same thing

Just admit that you're a bigot and a returnee and then we can continue to ignore you :thumbs up:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Volkswagen_Group_factories

Most cars are manufactured in the country the marque originated. Bentley's are put together in the UK. Lambo's in Italy. Seat's in Spain. Veyron's in France. Skoda's in the Czech republic. Of course those factories also manufacture non-native marques for local selling because it's cheaper than importing and it depends on what factories are tooled for. Why tool a factory in a country to manufacture a vehicle that's predominantly exported when you can manufacture it in the country it's exported to the most that already manufactures the platform it's based on?

However, Chery wants to move manufacturing for Land Rovers and Jags sold in China, into China because EVERYTHING they sold in China was an import. But part of the appeal for those that can afford such vehicles there is the fact it's an import and is "Made In Britain". I imagine it will be no different with Aston Martin.

It also makes you think about VW and their efforts to shrink manufacturing time and cost with the MQB platform.

Jaguar are doing just fine with this setup and have a strong presence in the UK. Also aren't AM already owned by a foreign company.
