Hassle-free Fallout 3 Mods?

Hi guys does anyone know of any good mods to use for Fallout 3 GOTY Steam Edition? I've not played the game in a couple of years and i'm guessing i'd like something to spruce up the graphics and maybe tweak the UI?

Had a look using the search function but I got a Fallout NV thread. :/

Have a look on there, should be a couple amongst the top rated ones you'd be interested in. Not tried any myself, but use the NV version of that site.

Guys i'm dowloading Fallout 3 GOTY at the moment, is there anyone here that has a nice collection that works no problem? I really don't have the energy and time for messing about for hours with modding, Oblivion ruined me!
