Need some help please

I have a ASUS M5A97 PRO motherboard
With AMD FX 4170 4.2GHz and 8GB memory RAM and MSI AMD 6450 graphic card .

What i need is i bought call of duty black ops 2 and i cant play. i mean i play but on 800x600 and i cant play in full scream the only way i can play in full scream is 1920x1080 but the game get very slow i update every thing and the windows rating is 4.7 my laptop is bad then my desktop computer and the windows rating is 5.8 and this happens with other games like hitman

You need a better GPU. A £30 GPU is just not for decent gaming.

I may struggle a little on the absolute highest settings, but the card is very overclockable and will be far superior to what you have.

At that price point there is nothing better.
