I cant see any settings to set up voicemail i.e. when to divert to voicemail, only call forwarding to another a number permanently.

Also no call waiting on mine, and the my number display shows a number which is not mine lol

Anyone can help me please?

Obviously, select 920 and not the 808 shots.

It will show you what it can achieve, no camera will make a poor shot look good. You need to know about photography to capture an interesting photograph regularly. Some people will capture a good one by chance from time to time.
 
Who remembers my 32 hour battery life ............. Well I installed a few things from the store .... 11 hours, full to flat. :(

Basically this is the effect having a rogue app running in the background can have on your battery.

I noticed my battery life bombed from a consistent 20 to 30 hours, to 11.

The graph in Battery level for WP8 is what helped me, when you can literally see the graph nose dive, you know somethings not right.
 
Do you guys press the back button till yo exit the app or do you straight to home via windows button?

That could be crucial as the app may still be working in the background, even if you turn it off in settings. Also worth keeping an eye what app is given location, notification and toasts. These generally use resources.

My battery runs great, not as amazing as 30 odd like Brenn but just over 24 hours life, moderate to heavy use isn't too shabby, with BT, wifi turned on permanently.

Have BBC news, Battery app, Weave and Weather app allowed for background.

Also worth noting when downloading apps, if the last update is recent, if not, it might be a rogue is the developer don't support it properly on WP8.
 
Just an update for anyone who was wondering about the nokiafreecharger thing. I just gave them a call and despite no email confirmation etc they had my details and say that it was sent to fulfilment last week and should be with me within 28 days, despite 1) getting the date 'wrong' and 2) not having the special code. So anyone else in the same boat is probably going to be treated similarly. :)
 
I finally registered on this awesome forum that I have been following since page 40 I think.

I was waiting for the Red device and finally placed an order with Clove over the weekend. Not happy that they took the full amount in advance. According to their sales team they are charging the full amount so they can do the order fulfillment in good time..

The delivery is AED 60 and you will probably need to pay the taxes which would amount to the same as the price at clove (but cheaper than expansys). But hey, you get your colour at the right time.

All phones in ME are unlocked thus there are no problems there, the charger will most likely be different.

Im waiting for the charging stand to become available or the cheaper chinese clones as I want two, one for my desk at work and one for the bedside table.

Slowly beginning to get to grips with WP8, it is a bit of a culture shock coming from Android, and there are some seriously infuriating bits to it, but on the whole Im finding I actually quite like it, and the 920 is a seriously good device, the screen is stunning..

Makes sense doing it that way I guess, means they can get them shipped out again as soon as they come in.

Still slightly worried that they are still available for pre-order on the website though, as you would have thought they would have sold out by now. Would be better if they took it off the pre-order, at least then people who ordered up to that point know they will be getting one.

Expansys are saying they are going to get stock a couple of days earlier though, so maybe there is an influx of them coming in?

It was draining a little quicker before the last update - might have been me blitzing the battery due to new phone, since the update, I've got back to sensible routine use, 3-4 hours internet/Weave browsing, gaming now and again for under an hour and about an hour music on commute.
 
just spoke to clove and they said I will definately be getting the order I placed last week :) The red lumia 920. I would be the one getting the first batch next week when they get it!

Well, I have been on that site since before Clove announced their order on 12/13 Nov. The Red model was out of stock last week already and this week it is back to 'In Stock' I was only tracking that colour thus I dont know about the other colours.
 
For any of you like me who are stubbornly waiting for Grey I emailed Clove to see if they had any more info. They said that they have been told they are likely to receive grey stock but no idea when? I see some other international retailers of unlocked mobiles like negri electronics and mobi city are getting stock this week so hopefully clove aren't too far behind. Would love to get this phone before Christmas!
