Any ruling of using an image taken a good few years back when I was a kid? Got a nice roleplaying one to get up
Decided I'd through it up here considering I spent the last 4 hours trawling through old picture collections to find it!
Enter an elf from lord of the rings, preparing for battle! Scout group had a lord of the rings themed camp one year, our Scouts went as elves... we have a lot of fun!
Yes... those ears are real, and that is indeed a "real" bow

My dexterity is a bit on the rubbish side, and I didn't half make a mess putting the makeup on. I managed to get more talcum powder on my clothes and the bathroom floor than my actual face, it's like a flour bomb went off or something lol
Also, I'd like to echo dunn2010's comment about having fun. In my experience with these competitions, especially the creative ones, it is genuinely good fun coming up with crazy ideas, getting the camera out, taking loads of photos/videos, getting the family together to help out (thanks mum!) etc. I really look forward to them.
Hmm not sure about this. I've already inflicted my face once, can you bear another mugshot? I'm not much to look at you know... Looking back now I guess I didn't even need to use makeup and I probably still would have won xD
