1) Borderlands 2 is bundled with the 680's. So you even have two copies, no need to buy a new one.
2) I would recommend using a Corsair Link PSU, like the 860i, to take advantage of the link software fully.
3) Weird choice of RAM. If you gonna spend on a X79, spend on some decent RAM too.
4) That's a LOT of money. Are you experienced in building computers? This build will need some serious tinkering to make the most of it.

One hour review of the H100i (lol!).

Yeah, I'm not too experienced, but my Dad's pretty knowledgeable about them, also, how do I use the bookmarklet?

I Don't think you can run three GTX 690 cards !!

My mistake. It was early in the morning and I didn't bother looking at the prices. I only seen the item and not a "2x" in front of it.

Thanks for the help, I'll go for a good Corsair PSU and does anyone else feel like they have to shove RAM into a RAM slot? It may just be my crappy mobo right now :/

EDIT: On second thoughts Corsair PSU's are really freakin' expensive, Nvm..

EDIT AGAIN: If I was to go for the H100 or H100i would it be better for me to put the SP120's on top of it or the bottom of it?

You should not go for the H100. The H100i comes with built in Corsair Link, has better performance, and also comes with 2 standard SP120 fans meaning you'd save £20. Looking now I've only just realised how much more the H100i compared to the H80i. You might just be better going for the H80i depending on whether or not you think the extra £16 would be worth it. I'd suggest doing some research on the temps you can achieve with the H80i and H100i and seeing if the extra performance would be worth it or not. Personally I'd just go with the H100i but it isn't my choice.

You'd be best to put them on the bottom in a pull configuration (inside the case). The air would be sucked in from the front and top and vented out the back. Seems the best set up to me.

GOT IT!

Everything looks compatible, but it's way above my pay grade :) Double check video outputs and monitor inputs, I'm not too sure about those.

Again, I'd pick up a Seasonic / Corsair platinum power supply, and a Samsung 840 pro (not regular version).

Not sure why you have two SP120 the H100i fans are basically faster spinning SP120 performance.

EDIT : Again, the PSU needs 4x8pin power connectors, which the Strider doesn't have.

Your PSU will also need 2 x 8 pin EPS connectors for the CPU (although might work with single 8 pin EPS, just limited to dual SLI?).

And, given your case size, you may need 8 pin EPS extensions, as they might not reach the top of the motherboard.

Not sure what's happened to the other 4GB 680s, in my opinion the Classifieds aren't worth going for unless you get ones which still have the EVBot connector. Might be worth having a look at going for either 2GB 680s or 7970?

Only one mechanical hard drive? Needs at least a couple in RAID 1 for a bit of redundancy.

Oh and only 1600MHz memory?

Must try harder, there's far more expensive components you could be adding to your basket :p

i think that all should do, obviously a dremel and a wireless receiver for the xbox pad, braiding kit and a few days to set up and bench :D

Operating system of choice obviously but i wouldn't have windows 8 until i could have seamless permanent remote metro ui desktop on a separate desk mounted tablet, its the least my uber rig would deserve :D

Op, go big or go home.
