If you dont want to run more than a single GFX card setup then the Gigabyte board is all you need to buy.
 
Nothing wrong with the Z77-D3H if it has all the features you need. SLI/CrossFireX support is probably the most important difference.

Spending extra on faster memory probably won't give you anything you'll notice in normal use.

Alright, thanks a lot. I don't really plan on going SLI or CrossFireX anytime soon, as I still need to upgrade my only graphics card but that won't be happening for a while after this purchase.

I'll go with the Z77-D3H and 1600 RAM.
