If you dont want to run more than a single GFX card setup then the Gigabyte board is all you need to buy.
Nothing wrong with the Z77-D3H if it has all the features you need. SLI/CrossFireX support is probably the most important difference.
Spending extra on faster memory probably won't give you anything you'll notice in normal use.
Thanks, so I guess 1600 over the 2133 RAM then, right? Since Gigabyte only supports up to 1600, unless I'm getting this wrong.
