So I was having a browse and thought I'd add a new case and a heatsink on the list for Santa (He's real right?)

My questions are:

1. will the heatsink fit in the case?
2. will it fit on my CPU/Mobo (mines a AM3+ socket)
3. If I buy it from B grade could it potentially have mounting bracket parts missing?

YOUR BASKET
1 x Cooler Master CM-690 II Advanced USB3.0 Dominator Case - Black/White £59.99
1 x **B Grade** Thermalright HR-02 Macho CPU Cooler (Socket LGA775/LGA1156/LGA1155/LGA1366) £21.00
Total : £80.99 (includes shipping : FREE).

According to the details if you click on each item:

Case:
- CPU cooler height:177mm / 6.96 inch

Cooler:
Heatsink Specifications:
- Dimension: Length 140mm x Width 102mm x Height 162mm

So I would say yes

As above, should do, would be very close/unlucky if not. I would say Yes.

Drop OCUK a webnote, they will tell you. Its odd the title doesn't state any AM3 compatibility.

Cool thanks for the help guys, I'm correct in thinking that AM3 coolers fit on AM3+ sockets as the AM£+ are backwards compatible for AM3 chips arent they?

May drop OCUK a webnote as recommended to see if they can confirm that no bracket system parts are missing :)
