Christmas Morning

For the first time ever at Christmas I'll be waking up with a hot chick next to me.

open presents
drop her off at her dads
drive to my family home
open more presents
cook the christmas meal (I am doing it for the first time ever, scary)
sit and fart all night on the sofa
 
Get up all excited (I'm 38 and still a big kid!)

1. Open my Birthday Prezzies and Cards... Count any money from the cards!! :D

2. Get Washed and Dressed, Pick up all the bagged Crimbo Prezzies (ours and the family's),
3. Hop in the car and go to either My Mother-in-Laws or Brother-in-Laws house (who ever is hosting that year!)...
4. Eat Drink and be Merry...
5. At 3pm (when the Queen is about to complain about how crap things are going) Turn the telly off and open the remainder of our Prezzies/ Give out the Family Prezzies...
6. Eat Some more... Drink Some more!...
7. Stay over or (if I've not drank due to illness etc - which has happened) Go home...

Next Day...
8. Do the same (minus the Birthday stuff) at My parents place!

Get woken up by son at stupid 0'clock

build any gifts / put batterys in them all for him

then of to wifes mum's for lunch with her brother and othe family members
then to her dads for the evening again with family friends

then the 27 is christmas day part 2 in our house
as my brother and his son travel up from my home tow for a few days :D
 
Completely different now my lad has left home. He's coming round but I get a lie in. Getting woken up at 4AM by him on Christmas day? Don't miss that. Do miss the excitement on his face as he opened presents.
 
Up 9/10ish now we are all over 20, open presents with the cat, watch the cat play with the wrapping paper.

Sort out breakfast whilst someone walks the dog.

Watch a film we got on dvd/is on tv, have a few beers whilst eating horrible amounts of chocolate.

Help mum with dinner by giving her more drink, walk the dog again.

Eat too much, play monopoly.

Watch another film, probably toy story.

Drink till its light whilst playing something I got for christmas.

I'm 23 now and it hasn't really changed in a very long time (apart from the drinking). Love our christmas as it's just really relaxed and fun, no worries to be dressed up smart or do anything big and showy, just hang out with the family and have a nice day.

Wake up about 11am. Make brunch. Fart about on the computer for a bit. Grudgingly go to my parents for dinner to keep my mum happy. Return home and watch a movie or something.

Sounds about as exciting as my Christmas day. Don't do much of anything different apart from maybe visit mum or sister for dinner.
 
we had to wake the kids up last year, they got so wound up the evening before and where tired hehe. this year they are a bit older so we'll see.

having moved to Cornwall its a bit of a tradition down here to go into the sea in you under crackers...apparently all the locals get to the beach for 10 am and then get back to their homes for a lovely "warming" toddy and Christmas Lunch. Im really looking forward to it.

wake up hungover at about 11ish and, depending on whether the hangover is alright or horrendous, get straight on the champagne or mimosa's respectively. Put some tunes on and open presents. eat. sleep. get on the spirits/beer, eat. Then go to my mates pub, he opens it just for friends and family so it's great, do an hr behind the bar. Head home late and attempt Christmas fatty drunken sex, pass out immediately afterwards.

My OH is working night shift over the Christmas period so she'll be home around 09:00 and off to bed for a few hours. During this time I'll probably pop down and visit my dad. Then it's back home collect all the gifts and head round the in laws for our Christmas dinner. We usually open gifts up throughout the day and not all in one session. I'll probably be spending my Christmas evening gaming with a few whiskies. :)
 
Up around 8, I would rather not but my brother has a 3 year old lol. 10ish we go to my grandads for bacon butties then all to my house for crimbo dinner.

Usually followed by me falling asleep with harry potter on.

In Devon they do that but on NY day. I tried it once and thought I was going to die of hypothermia!
 
I normally wake up about 3pm with a massive hangover. Christmas eve is way better than Christmas day.
