Adobe Premiere Pro & Lightroom - Best Bang for the buck GFX card help

Hi everyone,

I am not a gamer so finding it difficult to pick the best graphics card for my needs.

I have looked at the GTX 650, GTX 650 Ti or even the GTX 660Ti.

I am wanting something to fit in a Bitfenix Prodigy case, work well with Premiere Pro and Lighroom whilst remaining silent as can be and not be such a power hungry resource.

Any ideas on what to get?

The CS6 suite uses OpenCL acceleration and support appears to better on AMD GCN based cards ATM.

Really? I had assumed CUDA based cards were better supported as in the past these were the only one's that unlocked the GPU acceleration. Are there any decent AMD cards that compete against the GTX650/650ti/660ti?
