Interesting. I didn't think the other looked cheap but you might have a point. I prefer the overall look of the Blomus, but don't like the wedge bit that fixes to the wall, that kind of cheapens it I think. I prefer the polished fixing plate of the smedbo.

If you are eating right with the correct balance of fat, fiber, roughage and probiotic content, poos should just plop out smoothly and consistently to the point there is no mess left behind that requires wiping. Do you see chimps wiping with toilet paper? Why should humans?

Even if I ate perfectly, doesn't mean my guests necessarily do. Should I deprive them of toilet paper? :p

Well, basin taps are chrome, single lever. Bath wall mounted filler, also single lever chrome. Pic taken just before tiling, new bath just installed.



Chrome heated towel rail just installed. The smedbo seems to have some polished chrome so yeah, would make sense to get that one.

The Blomus is stainless steel, and the Smedbo one says "POLISHED CHROME

My bathroom is nearly finished, bath is in, shower thermostatic unit in, tiling almost finished. Just the basin, LED mirror, shaver socket and toilet waiting here, boxed up, ready to be installed. I don't want a cheapo roll holder as my last one, a cheap chrome ikea one, did rust eventually.

GD Plums new depths with covert Spec me threads. Not only do people want their ass wiping for them, they now want the god damned toilet roll holder to be spec'd as well.

Lol, as if simply asking GD on a saturday evening for opinions on a nice quality toilet roll holder is deemed to be something worth comparing to 3rd world issues. How about you go out and fix global starvation and AIDS then while I buy a bathroom fitting you obviously can't afford.
