PC trouble with Far Cry 3

So my specs are as follows

i5 2500k oc to 4.4
8GB ram
2x 670s
res 1980x1080
Far cry 3 on the ssd

Its infuriating me that im having trouble with this game.

Im getting large dip in frames rates (even as low as 15) and even without the dips its only like 70.

Im pretty sure iv done the sli profile fix but no luck

any advice?

Im not sure what is up with it myself, maybe I oc the cpu wrong by using asus extreme 4 mobo automatic oc (but does show up as 4.4 in the CPUID CPU-Z using intel burn test)

Those are the tempts during a game session, just thought it might be helpful. I use wc for the cpu

Nice temps, especially gpu idle temp of 23!

What cooling do you have? E.g. Case, cpu cooler?

Maybe 2 670 sli isnt enough... maybe you need 690 in SLI.

Try running on DirectX 9?

I have the corsair vengeance c70 and the cpu cooler is the XSPC Raystorm 750 EX240 WaterCooling Kit

Iv seen a MSI GTX660TI Twin Frozr out perform my setup which isnt right

I shouldnt have to diminish the graphics to get a better framerate since iv a powerful enough pc as it is. There must be a problem somewhere with the setup be it either the sli trouble, cpu oc or be it somthing else

this is what nvidia inspector has

I do aplogies for the large pic but imgurs large thumbnail isnt working

I have improved the frame rate but it worries me to see a drop of frame rate to around the 50ish in fire fights
