Is a bit "*****" selling clothes on eBay?

I buy used clothes on ebay, as long as they're clean and looked after I don't see why people have such a big problem with it.

+1

I bought a 2nd hand pair of Merrel Goretex walking boots from Ebay - best pair of boots I've ever owned and £30 rather than the usual £90 :-)

i dont even know what a 150 quid jumper looks like, and as said ***** to buy not to sell :P

One would hope woven from gold and unicorn tails, with platinum and diamond detailing.

However from the picture above, it looks like a generic grey jumper like you could buy from Primark for £8 :p

I can't afford to buy designer gear these days so use ebay for the odd item.

Just describe as acuratley as you can the sizes and give measurements etc. If it's a size medium then say if you think if it runs large or small etc.

Superdry always are smaller than they describe so you always go one size up for example.

What puts me off buying clothes off ebay is if I cannot work out if it will fit so don't bother.

I've got a couple of great suits from eBay that would've cost hundreds new. Alterations at a tailor aren't that expensive if needed.

Nothing wrong with it, but best to do your research before. If you end up selling the items for practically nothing, it likely isn't worth your time and may as well have just given them to charity.

I wouldn't expect £40-£50 though.

Sometimes, you can't find what you want in shops, so you have to go to eBay. I've got a buddy that always buy's his flare Jeans on eBay, as you can't find them in the shops. Not ***** at all.

Anyone could have worn it. Anyone.

Or no one could have worn it?
Surely a decent wash or two should be more than ok to clean stuff if you are buying 2nd hand.

I've sold both unworn and worn jeans on ebay before, same as tshirts.
Also buy 2nd hand baby clothes (and sell)?

But maybe the previous owner, with some horrendous and contagious skin disease, wore the jumper whilst having sex with multiple, filthy prostitutes. You can't wash out prostitute.
